The Marker Hotel in Dublin played host to Heineken Rugby Players Ireland Hall of Fame. Where past players are formally inducted into the Hall of Fame. This years inducties were Jamie Heaslip, Dr. Claire Molloy, and Stephen Ferris.
Another Avenue was responsible for shooting and editing the show, in addition to delivering all VT packages featured throughout the event that highlighted memorable moments from the past.
A Ceremony of Celebration and Reflectionings
The Hall of Fame honours those whose contributions to Irish rugby have been exceptional—on and off the field—placing them alongside a roll call of legends who have shaped the sport in Ireland since its inception in 2003.
The evening brought together family, former teammates, coaches, and friends to pay tribute to the trio’s stellar careers. Hosted by Rugby Players Ireland and supported by partners including Heineken, the evening combined heartfelt speeches, personal reflections, and shared memories from across the rugby community.
Among those in attendance were rugby greats like Lynne Cantwell, Cian Healy, and Sean O’Brien, whose presence underscored the deep respect held for the inductees’ achievements.
