Located in the heart of Dublin 2, Harcourt Square is a major city-centre development for Hibernia Real Estate Group, with John Paul Construction delivering the project. The development combines contemporary office space with a prominent Dublin location, and the project involved a complex programme of construction and fit-out.
As Block B reached completion, Another Avenue were brought in to create a handover walkthrough video, showcasing the finished building and the quality of the work that had gone into delivering it.
The walkthrough takes viewers through the completed Block B, giving a real sense of the scale, design and detail of the finished space.
Rather than simply documenting the building, the video is designed to take the viewer on a journey through the completed development, highlighting the key spaces, finishes and features as they move through the building.
For a major construction project, a handover video is an opportunity to show the finished result in a way that photographs alone can’t. It captures the scale of the spaces, the quality of the finishes and how everything comes together as a completed building.
