When Damien Grey and Andrew Heron decided to end their successful restaurant partnership, Damien was left with a restaurant space, a desire to do something different and something of a carte blanche. What he achieved through meticulous planning, hard work and a fine eye for design is now considered a jewel in the Irish culinary scene. We took these photos just as Liath was about to open their doors in early 2019, since then they have received many accolades – including the coveted Michelin star.
