This project was a case of ‘love what you do and never work a day in your life’, as we were tasked to film a private Mexican Cookery Masterclass in the Ambassador’s residence to celebrate Mexican Day of Gastronomy. Chef Juan Pablo brought us through the intricacies of creating transcendent dishes with simple ingredients. The crew meal that day was a cut above to say the least!
